Types Of Care

Assisted Living

Assisted Living presents an affordable alternative to the nursing home setting with some important differences. While the nursing home model is based solely on meeting the physical needs of its residents, ours was designed as a social model, one that meets the psychological needs of clients (including independence and privacy), as well as one to meet the physical concerns.

In Home Care

Home Health Care services are available to patients of all ages with acute illness, long term health conditions, temporary or permanent disability, terminal illness, or in lieu of hospitalization as determined by the patient’s physician, in order to remain at home.

Coordinating Care Management

Coordinating Care Management (CCM) specializes in assisting elder and dependent adults and their families by providing outstanding care arrangements in a safe and inviting environment. CCM’s extensive knowledge about the costs, quality, and availability of services in the community makes them a central resource for all your health and care needs.
